Description: Frame Art, a local art and framing store, was trying to compete with the big national framing retailers and asked us to come up with a campaign that would help it stand out from the standard framing store message and provide the beginning of a branding message. Zoom IQ, a billboard advertising agency, developed a non-traditional creative message to make viewers take note.
